What is your sample policy and typical turnaround time?
We support 1-2 pcs sample testing for verification of photometric performance and mechanical build. A standard sample fee is charged upfront and is 100% refunded once a corresponding bulk order is finalized. Custom parameter samples (CRI97, specialized CCT, specific beam angles) are prepared in 10-15 business days. International express freight and import customs are handled by the client.
Do you enforce a rigid Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No. We do not enforce strict MOQs for our existing private-mold models. We actively accommodate trial batches, phased hotel mock-up rooms, and small-scale boutique fit-outs. Batch pricing tiers are offered proportionally to order volume.
Can you tailor optical drivers, dimming protocols, and CCTs?
Yes. We integrate leading commercial driver brands (Tridonic, Osram, Lifud, Boke, Philips) supporting DALI-2, 0-10V, Phase-cut/Triac, and Bluetooth mesh/Casambi dimming. Color rendering is standard Ra90, with Ra97+ spectrums and custom lenses (15°, 24°, 36°, 50°, oval beam) configured to project specifications.
What are the standard international trade and payment terms?
Our standard trade quotation is EXW Shenzhen, with FOB Shenzhen or CIF options available upon request. Payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation to schedule material procurement, and 70% balance settled after client verification of aging test reports and inspection videos, prior to cargo release.
How do you protect proprietary designs and new tooling projects?
For custom architectural aluminum die-casting tooling ($1,800 - $4,500 typical range), we execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Exclusive Tooling Ownership contract. Your private mold will strictly never be shared with third parties or marketed publicly.
