Sampling & Tooling
Sample fee is mandatory and 100% credited on batch orders. Existing mold modifications take 10-20 days; custom tooling requires dedicated engineering budget ($1.8k-$4.5k) and 45-60 days.

What is your actual Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no rigid MOQ for standard or modified private-mold fixtures. We support small trial batches (10-50 pcs) for mockups or boutique spaces, as well as multi-thousand-piece commercial project rollouts.
Can you customize parameters on existing private molds?
Yes. On our in-house AL6063 private mold housings, we routinely customize CCT (2700K-6000K, Dim-to-Warm, Tunable White), optical beam angles (15°/24°/36°/50°), surface finishes (sandblasted black/white/custom RAL), and dimming drivers (DALI-2, 0-10V, Triac, Casambi/Zigbee).
How is shipment quality verified if we cannot visit China in person?
We execute a compulsory 100% burn-in aging test and full photometric inspection. Prior to collecting the 70% balance payment, we provide full-resolution video showing the working fixtures, wiring labels, carton drop-test readiness, and photometric test logs.
Do you provide tender documentation and IES files?
Yes. We provide comprehensive technical dossiers including Goniophotometer IES / LDT files for Dialux calculations, CE-LVD / CE-EMC / RoHS / ErP certificates, and LM-80 / TM-21 test reports for engineering tenders.
