Custom Die-Cast Design
The LED track light housing is made from aluminum alloy, combining low weight, structural strength, and efficient heat dissipation. Molten aluminum is injected into a proprietary steel mold under high pressure, then cooled and released to form the housing. The casting undergoes trimming, deburring, machining, and surface finishing to achieve a clean appearance and accurate component fit.
